Vehicle is inspected and relevant data is recorded. Data is entered into a computer estimation system to generate an estimated repair cost. This estimate cannot account for any hidden damage that is discovered after disassembly.

![]() 2. Insurance Approval
Insurance company reviews the estimate. There may be some negotiations on the price and procedures required to repair the vehicle. If determined repairable, the insurance company orders the repairs.

![]() 3. Disassembly
Relevant areas of the vehicle are disassembled and inner structure repairs determined. Should hidden damage be discovered, the insurance company performs a re-inspection and orders any additional repairs as needed.

![]() 4. Order Parts
All parts are ordered immediately to ensure a fast repair time. Special order parts may delay the process.

![]() 5. Structure Repair
Once all structural parts arrive, structural repairs begin and the unitized body is brought back to factory specification. A sophisticated measuring system is used to analyze the frame of your vehicle and monitor all phases in this area.

![]() 6. Body Repair
Exterior panels are replaced and metal finishing performed. Sheet metal is installed and aligned and the vehicle begins to looks as it did pre-accident.

The vehicle is prepped, primed, and sealed to assure good adhesion and then final top color and clear coats of paint are applied.

![]() 8. Reassembly
Final moldings and detail pieces are installed on the vehicle and all the vehicle's systems are checked.

![]() 9. Final Inspection
The vehicle is cleaned and then road tested to ensure everything works properly, and a final inspection is performed.

![]() 10. Delivery
Final paperwork is completed and the vehicle is returned to the customer in pre-accident condition.
